    Bluetooth microphone not working

I am using bluetooth headphones with a bluetooth transmitter. My headset has a microphone built into them but for some reason my microphone wont work. I can hear everything else through my headset but I just can’t use the microphone. Any fixes?

    :)

Whenever my laptop uses my XBOX wireless gaming headset's mic it lowers the volume of other sounds coming through my headphones how do i turn this off

    Hey Dom,

I have checked the Bluetooth and I have lmp10 5.1, the headphones problem is Bluetooth because I have plugged it in via usb c and it does work without sound quality drops. And I have made sure it is updated to the latest version but I still have the problem of sound when using microphone at the same time only with Bluetooth

Does anyone know if the original Microsoft Bluetooth usb adapter will allow me to use my WIRED headset with my controller on pc?

You should just have to designate your audio input microphone as the headset in audio options

Bluetooth controllers cannot use headsets in chat, it only works if you use the official wireless adapter plugged into the controller

What hardware would you like on the Xbox next?

Definitely would like to see Bluetooth capabilities, including connecting to bluetooth speakers. I would also like to see a built in microphone of good quality for those who like voice commands and/or communicating without having to use a headset.

    Wireless earbuds

There are none that are natively compatible with Xbox. You could conceivably plug a Bluetooth adapter that supports microphone into a controller, but I cannot guarantee functionality

GAMING HEADSET WHILE PKAYING ON FORTNITE IN IPAD THRU CLOUD GAMING

    Hello!

Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

Yes, you can connect a headset to the Xbox controller while playing Fortnite on your iPad via Cloud Gaming, and in theory, both the audio and microphone should work. However, in practice, microphone support via the controller connected to the iPad isn't always reliable, and some users report that the microphone doesn't work properly in this configuration.

The safest option to ensure voice chat works is to connect a headset directly to the iPad, either via Bluetooth or via a cable (Lightning or USB-C, depending on your model). This typically offers better compatibility with Fortnite and the game's voice system.

    Best regards.
