Bluetooth Headset Options - ANY?

What if any options do we have to use Bluetooth headphones to not only hear but communicate on XBOX ONE. I need a solution for myself and two children who are hearing impaired and wear aids. I was hoping a 3rd party had ripped off the OEM controller and
added BT but I am not seeing anything. I also can not find a reasonable way to add BT to the current controller. Look forward to any feed back. Thanks in advance!

Bluetooth headset for Xbox One?

I've got everything preordered but only see a gargantuan wired headset available. Is there no small Bluetooth option?
