Bluetooth Controllers: just me to be so unlucky?

I tried 3 Xbox One Bluetooth controllers from Amazon.it, and I had problems with all 3.

On 2 controllers, button A got stuck inside the controller, sometimes, after I pressed it. And on the another one, was X button.

I saw other people with same problem in negative reviews on Amazon.

Why MS? Even old Xbox One controllers had not great button feedbacks. But, at least, it deteriorated with the passage of time. These Bluetooth controllers are already broken when factory sealed.

Funny thing: my 360 controllers still works great even after 10 years....you should improve it, not worsen....

Please add Bluetooth headset support for the new controller

This would be a great opportunity to utilize the BLUETOOTH feature on XB1 S controllers so ppl can use light bluetooth headsets =)

Yes, that looks like a Bluetooth supported controller to me. It should also state so on the box.

Description for the controllers is as follows:

"On Bluetooth-supported controllers, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the face of the controller. On controllers without Bluetooth, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the top, where the bumpers are."

are you 100% sure they are really legit, they still use the normal connections as the original xbox one controller just have bluetooth for convenience too. not had any issues thats why im asking if they are real, we all know what amazon is like for peddling
fake kit.
