Thanks for the response. I have tried all of these troubleshooting steps.

It's bizarre because at first the bluetooth found the controller, it just wouldn't connect, but now it does not find the controller at all. When I plug it in with a micro USB the controller vibrates but still doesn't seem to actually connect. It doesn't
come up saying it's installing drivers or anything.

I feel like I've tried almost everything.

I have a similar problem from time to time. I restart the console, remove and reinsert batteries in the controller then it usually works.

Hi again and thanks for keeping us informed. Yes, sometimes it's bizarre. Please test it with a different USB Cabel and also on a different USB interface. Can you try to connect and update the controller at a console?
