Will xbox one have Bluetooth adapters so they will be capatable with expensive turtle beaches such xbox 360 version of Turtle Beach Black 2: Tango and Px5

USB bluetooth adapters?

I understand Microsoft decided to go away from wireless headsets to keep performance levels up on the Xbox One, but does having a wireless headset really cause that big of a difference?

I am wondering if Microsoft and the Xbox team are going to supply drivers or apps for Xbox One so that we may use USB adapters for bluetooth headsets to use while gaming. I have a problem of always destroying the headset cords coming out of the control due
to the way I game which is resting the bottom of the controller on my belly to the point where it bends the wires and causing opens in them.

Why have we not made alternative options for wireless headset that may have adapters that plug into the controller where the normal headsets would plug in?

 

I am at a loss why they did not go w Bluetooth built into the headset. i am also beyond mad.

 

On TB forum couple weeks ago lots asking for this blunt reply MS &TB have no plans for this

 

From what I understand, there is no bluetooth hardware in the xbox one, maybe someone can clarify?

 

Nope no Bluetooth in Xbox One. It uses WiFi Direct

those headsets, Turtle Beach includes an adapter for the Xbox 360 that pipes chat audio from the 360 controller to the TB base station. There's nothing that says TB cannot do the same for the Xbox One, though it may look a bit silly.

protocol between the Xbox One and its controllers supports more bandwidth. It provides for a better accessory experience.

You're indicating you're insane with that remark, or that you're upset? I doubt any company would be
interested in having a customer who becomes irrationally upset over a luxury item that one has the option not to buy.

 

Ice storm. calm down my Xbox guru and saint. sorry u have never owned quality headsets and are just fine with what x1 offers. I have thousands dollars in awesome turtle beach headphones and now will have to clutter my house w dbl that for the x1. I
can understand the customer who uses the wired chat set by Xbox not to have a say in this. in fact if u have not invested in these awesome turtle beach sets then u do not belong on this forum. Especially if u want to act 12 and throw insults.

 

Headsets w surround sound is a necessary for a large group of kids. its only a luxury for someone living by themself and not in an apartment.

 

Just did the wire modification and my tangos work amazingly. There is also a wireless modification but I am fine with the one wire.

 

I guess if the next generation headsets were backwards comp then I could just upgrade when halo or new COD comes out. the clutter is just getting too much.

TB produces gamer headsets. They are not "quality", they're chintzy and the only
pair I've ever used, the X41, had so much hiss and pop I returned them.

Nothing is stopping TB headsets from working with Xbox One. They need to have a chat cable attached, but
other than the Tritton Warhead all 360 headsets needed "something" connected to the chat port on the 360 controller. That TB decided to make a wireless widget that plugged into the 360 controller doesn't change that. If you want a wireless widget for Xbox
One, talk to TB.

 

Ice storm. on my 360 and w turtle beach tango I can game w awesome surround sound and chat with amazing clarity or disguise if I choose all while being able to take phone calls or listen to music from my phone. Your ignorance is proven by saying to just
add the wire. The x1 adapter has many complaints when being used with headsets that have volume control.

when is the last time any adapter hooked to an adapter worked for good sound. Xbox one chat is a step backwards.

 

Bluetooth is crystal clear for chat. Especially when it is sent from the controller always at arm length from the headphones. Ice storm. U r one ignorant piece of work. By the way. Your sound system sounds way too complicated and cluttered for my liking
