    Make sure you have Windows 10 Anniversary installed on your computer.

    What Bluetooth version is supported by your Bluetooth adapter?

    Make sure the drivers for your Bluetooth adapter is up-to-date.

    Why isn't my controller syncing up to my PC?

    Are you connecting it with a cable or the wireless adapter? If you're trying to do Bluetooth, that won't work for that controller, as it doesn't have Bluetooth.

    Bluetooth it's unsupported for none Bluetooth device, not only for this one's, console doesn't have a Bluetooth adapter, the wireless connection used by controllers and headsets is not trough Bluetooth

    so this happen when headset is connect to wireless adapter only (remove the Bluetooth connection to my phone)

    When headset disconnect with wireless adapter the connection with Bluetooth(phone) connection with the phone still there. I'm able to reconnect with the adapter anymore. My thought was because of Bluetooth but I don't think that it.

    Don't have controller.

    You might need to go into Device Manager on your computer, find the bluetooth adapter, and try to update the drivers from there. That or at least use it to find the name of the bluetooth adapter

    Hi Lior,

    What Bluetooth Adapter are you using?

    Also have you tried running the Bluetooth troubleshooter to see if it can find the problem? If you haven't already seen this support article "Fix
    Bluetooth problems in Windows 10    " and go through all of the steps mentioned on that article to troubleshoot the Bluetooth adapter.

    If that doesn't help, I would see if you can try connecting the controller to another Bluetooth enabled PC in order to narrow the issue to either the controller or the Bluetooth adapter.
