    I've been trying to resolve this for a couple hours. This hasn't been a problem for me before, everything used to work fine. I've tried powering the xbox down and starting it up again and I've changed hdmi cables and ports on my TV and still no luck. Has
    anyone else got any ideas because it's driving me crazy! I just want to watch a film...

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes this is the official Xbox One Media Remote.

    It works fine with other apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Bluray player.

    I have not unistalled and reinstalled the Now TV app so will do this today and post the results.

    Same here. "Check your connection" shows a good connection, all services up however, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO GO, ShowTime apps all not working.

    Yep. I've lost NOW, Amazon Prime even the BlueRay app wont load. Getting absolutely nothing from Microsoft. Useless.

    Might be something to do with it, my mate lives in France and cant get Amazon Prime or Netflix to work there as there is some region restriction, but as you can actually use Netflix I cant see it being that. Weird in the extreme.

    You don't need to disconnect netflix to have amazon prime video. What region are you in?
