hi how can i get unbanned if i got banned when i didnt have the account it says marketplace theft but i did not have my account i was on ps3 i just recently went back to xbox i tried logging in and it says i been banned till 12-1-9999 when i have no idea
why if i havent been on that account gamertag is BlueDevil831
