    Thank you for the solution to problem with Jigsaw. I followed the instructions and restarted my computer and everything worked. I was able to download 63 puzzle collection and do Jammer and daily challenge. I had Microsoft techs work on this problem for
    over 6 hours in August when it occurred after the big update and they couldn't figure out what was wrong and said they would turn it over to engineers and nothing was done. So grateful for the solution.
