    Can I plug this into my Xbox One Controller to use with a blue tooth "over one ear" headset? Just for chat, don't want to hear all sounds. Or does anyone have any other suggestions? Microsoft has forced me to figure this out on my own, I do not want this

    What I want is a "wireless" over one ear device (like the old 360 had years ago) to use with the Xbox One/Series X. I purchased the Hyperkin X88 Wireless Legacy Headset for Xbox and the sound quality is terrible, my friends didn't even want me using it
    as it sounded so bad on their end. I am left to try and figure something else out, such great technology in the Xbox Series X but they are stuck with 15 year old headset technology.

    The Xbox One does not support Bluetooth. That includes Bluetooth transmitters as well. The only way is to use a gaming headset, which would give you voice and game sounds. Which you have already said it's not what you want.

    TurtlebTurtle beach xl1 headset won't work with 360 but kinda works with xbox one...

    XP400 but only blue tooth on 360, have the chat adapter for the one.

    I have been testing with the new XB1 S controller (which has blue-tooth) and needed to find out if the official XB360 wireless blue-tooth headset (one with ear-hook) connected via blue-tooth to the new S controllers just with the original XB1 and I tried
    but it doesn't so does anyone have the new S console and have tried this because the S console has blue-tooth???
