    Blue "signing in screen" not disappearing after successful login


    This is more of an annoyance more than an impedance, but since I'm a cable-cutter and use my XBONE as my primary source of all things TV as well as gaming (and I spent the $350 on the thing), it bothers me...

    I keep my console in "instant-on" (standby) mode. When I turn it on, everything logs in fine, but 9 out of 10 times the blue "signing you in" screen with the spinning logo stays on screen an extra 20-30 seconds. Yet, when I press the A button it opens up
    the last app/game I was in, and when I use the D-pad I can navigate to other apps. It's like the blue screen is overlayed on top of the home screen — which would be fine, but I just can't see what I'm doing. And when I'm just out of bed and pre-coffee and
    wanting to watch Netflix and I can't find the app on screen, it can make for a grumpy morning. Negates the whole point of instant-on mode and those extra watts it uses...

    This all started happening after the "New Xbox Experience" update. I'm up to date, and on the recommendation of IM tech support I've done the whole OSUDT2 song and dance with the USB stick, to no avail.

    Is anyone else having this problem? Is possibly it a systemic glitch or is it just my specific console on the fritz?

    Stuck on "Signing in..." Screen

    More often than not when turning on the Xbox One, the screen stays on Signing in... and we have to randomly navigate to a program, select it, and then quit it to finally get to the home screen. Any way to fix this? Thanks.

    Is that the only problem ? Are you staying connected to live? 1st I would delete my profile and re download it...

    I have tried all of the solutions but the sign in screen will still flash and then crash whenever I try to sign in. I don't get any code due to the problems or a box to enter my login, it will just disappear.

    I not even sure that it's the preview program at all. My screen now loads up to a blank black screen after the my games and apps logo repeatedly pops up and disappears till it finally disappears completely to a blank black screen. It only shows the logo
    and none of my games and it also showed me sign in.

    I wonder, if you're getting the spinning blue login screen that stays much longer than it should you may be having the same weird problem I have (forums.xbox.com/.../2086225.aspx).
    I appear to get logged in at normal speed but that sign-in screen doesn't disappear for another 30 seconds, BUT it's like it's on top of the home screen because I can hit A and open the last app I had up from before turning it off, as well as navigate to other
    apps with the D-pad (I just can't see what I'm doing). Is that true for you too?
