Have you tried the console on a different TV or computer monitor?

Or at least, try a different HDMI cable.

It might also be, that corrosion happened on the cable contacts on the console and TV. Try to unplug and re-plug the cable several times, trying to "rub" the corrosion off the contacts.

If that doesn't help, check if that specific HDMI input on the TV shows proper color on other devices.

If other devices work, try the console on a different HDMI input or different TV/Monitor. If the display is blue on the other devices, your console needs repair.

Have you tried different cables like VGA or AV? Or worst case have you done a factory reset?

Who Knew HDMI cables could get corroded.......... Thank you, I did both, replaced the cable and HDMI input on the television..

The HDMI cable I was using was top of the line, the one now is cheapo and it works perfectly, probably not as long but lesson learned.

Take Away- Naturally RGB has to run through HDMI so corrosion can effect colors like a loose\corroded Component RG or B cable.

Extra information.

When turning on my tv, I have a blue screen which says no signal (this is normal) but when I turn my xbox on, it flicks between this blue screen and a black screen really quick

I have heard doing this can be fairly tricky and some phones just will not accept the Blue Tooth Signal.

My best suggestion is to full power down the phone after turning OFF Blue Tooth. Turn it back on then switch on Blue Tooth. Then turn on the controller and press the Sync button and see if it is detected in your blue tooth menu.
