    Hi

    I have one blue ray disk that plays once than refuses to work. Mircosoft did give me the reset procedure but ive lost it. Ive tried to speek to them but the virtual agent keeps sending me in loops and will not let me speak to a real person.

    Could you either give me the reset proceedure or an email phone no for their tech support.

    If you are in need of the
    soft factory reset    . Make sure you have stable internet, and also know the email/password for the profiles on the console.

    The only way to get in touch with support is via https://support.xbox.com you have to say no to the virtual agent and then go from there.

    The only fix suggestion would be to remove the blu-ray app, full power off the console, unplug for 30 seconds, plug in, power up and add the app back to the console.

    Please try going to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and make sure that Enable BD Live is not checked. The click on Persistent Storage and clear it. Finally power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. If this
    does not work then the console may need to be repaired.

    If the console is no longer reading discs then it may need to be sent in for a repair. You can set up a repair of the console via this link

    In the meantime you could try holding the disc for a second after the console grabs it. This could force the console to read the disc. Please not thought that this is not a recommended workaround as it may scratch your disc and doesn't solve the existing
    issue.
