Blue light on power supply.

I just purchased my Xbox One today, is the blue power light stay on the power box even when the console is shut down? When I first connected the system the power light was a orangish color on the power box, should it go back to that orangish color after
shutting off the system?

No signal on tv

Hi yes hdmi connected in the right slot power supply connected directly to the wall and power supply light is the nor al white/blue

X box onde non parte

Hi, the power supply of my xbox one works, But when I push the start button the console doesn't work. I can hear the sound of starting, But the light on the power supply stays yellow. It doesn't become light blue

It should be a solid WHITE light. But if you have the settings to instant on..yes that is normal. It is in standby mode waiting on you to command "Xbox ON".

If the light on the power supply block is orange not blue/white unplug from the wall and wait for the light to die and plug back in. Sometimes with all the unplugging it reads a power failure and wont power back up.

this didn't seem to work for me, but it seems like it works and it's legit and will fix. I might be doing it wrong maybe. Also my console has light blue light at the front not orange?

by blue light do you mean the xbox symbol that lights up next to the disc tray? so thats the front of the xbox

the light im talking about is the xbox's power supply the brick looking thing that has a flat white light when on or if the xbox symbol (power button) is held for 30 seconds the power bricks light should go orange
