    Could anyone explain why the Xbox logo/home button on a elite series 2 controller would turn blue?

    Using it on PC

    Second elite s2 controller, first one never did this.

    Ty so much, must have tripped something while trying to get the controller to work in BF 2042 beta. Thanks again! Just glad it wasn't an error/fault message.

    It's a new setting on Steam. To change the color:

    On the Desktop:

    - Steam menu > Settings > Controller

    - Select "General Controller Settings"

    - Select your connected Xbox Elite controller from the bottom list

    - Click "Preferences"

    Under Big Picture Mode:

    - Settings cog > Controller Settings

    - Select your connected Xbox Elite controller from the bottom list

    - Click "Preferences"

    Or to turn off the setting, disable Steam's "Xbox Extended Feature Support" driver option.
