Blue Dragon Issues

I've been trying to purchase this game since it was announced on backwards compatibility, but it has always shown "is currently not available" on the xbox directly. On my pc, the link on the BC page for the game shows only a demo and three mods. I downloaded
the demo, but it doesn't show up on my xbox dl list.

Am I missing something? There is a comment on the game hub from someone saying they just beat it on the One, which is why I'm trying to do a bit more digging. Is this game only BC if you buy a physical copy? Can you purchase a digital copy or nah?

After being unable to find any info through google, I spoke with three tech support agents tonight regarding this. Two hung up on me after being unable to find the answer while the third just confirmed that yes it showed unavailable to her as well (I asked
for a sup and was mysteriously disconnected a third time).

Anyone here care to help me figure this out? These phone agents are a joke.

Hi, blue dragon backward compatibility is only available for disc copy only. That is why it states as not available.

Digital versions of disc copies can vary by region and not all features, languages will be supported. It sounds like you're physically located in Italy and you're console's region is set to Italy as well, is that correct? If so, the best thing to do would
be to fill out our Backward Compatibility Survey so the proper teams can become aware of this.

I bought it back in '09 and have still yet to get past disc 2. It's one of those games that isn't too serious that I could just sit down with my feet up and play. There are some very annoying moments (especially a certain character, or two) that make you
want to sigh. I will get there eventually... "I won't give up!"

I bought it. I think I started to play it and then lent it to my sisters now ex. So, I never got it back.
