Blue dragon dlc on xbox series x

I have been trying to get all the dlc for blue dragon on my xbox series X and so far have been unable to. Purchasing it through the console shows two of the dlc as unavailable. If I go to the microsoft live store I can see them but when I go to purchase them it gives an error and won't allow me to complete the purchase.

Only the base game is available on the subscription service. It's been that way since the subscription started. You can purchase the DLC still here

Blue Dragon is a great game. The free dlc that adds new game plus and ultra hard difficulty makes it fun for a 2nd play.

It seems to be a common problem with certain 4K UHD Blue Ray disks on the Xbox One and Series X.

My Xbox One X refuses to play certain 4K UHD Blue Ray disks as well and I know it's not the disks that's causing the problem as they play on my stand alone 4K Blue Ray player.
