blue controller redeemed for 3500 gems on 5th may but never arrived

I have previously posted but it disappeared , I have been sent round the houses with different support teams who wont do anything except send me back to team who sent me to them. 4 support teams so far and the last one goindeline s pretty much switched off
mid conversation and started asking if it was a replacement controller even after requesting a complaint it was glossed over twice.

I redeemed 3500 gems on 5th may and expected to receive in 6 to 8 weeks as stated in email. since that has passed I can no longer find the email and can no longer log in to xbox live rewards since migrated to Microsoft rewards. I don't know if it was even
sent as I received no update since 5th may but it was on my list of redeemed items when I was able to log in.

I am on chat while righting this and one colleague has now suggested there was a delay with migration and it my not update till 30th july and I would likely get controller soon after ….is this true ? is there anything I can do ? please don't ask me for order
numbers or shipment info as I always have to clarify above I never got anything more than stated. hope someone can helps

undelivered reward item

I redeemed gems for a blue controller at the start of May and suggested 6-8 weeks delivery but no controller arrived... I now cant find the confirmation email and when I log onto the old version of rewards to find my confirmation of redeemed items it wont
let me access the information. to make matters worse I made a seperate xbox colleague aware I couldn't locate the email confirmation but then proceeded to message me to send confirmation in an email of the confirmed item I redeemed for lol so clear ignored
the original message.

I am awaiting them getting back to me but surely xbox should know I made an order - which should of been delivered already and would still have access to information on what I have redeemed gems for surely.

any help or assistance is appreciated

Phone support does not handle the rewards program. This forum and Twitter are the only places to receive support for the program.
