Blue button stuck down

I have had my Xbox one for a few months now and due to repeatedly tapping the blue button on Titan Fall my blue button has become stuck down and I cannot use it. I have tried to fix this issue myself but as Microsoft has used rivets instead of screws I cannot.
How can I replace my controller that is no more than two months old as I do not want to spend 50 pounds for another controller.

Stuck button

My son's friend dropped a controller, and the small, black button on the top of the controller, next to the micro-usb port, is stuck in. The controller seems to be constantly trying to sync, and doesn't work. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

If you are not able to find some way of moving the button yourself to release it then the official way to resolve this would be to send the controller for repair using
this link.

If the controller is only two months old why not contact support to see if you can set up an exchange of the controller. Another option would be to check and see if the retailer will exchange the controller.

^^^ Don't Try to Fix yourself you can VOID your warranty simply contact MS and ask for another. I am Sure your still in Warranty but a Microsoft Agent can assist you.

I have heard doing this can be fairly tricky and some phones just will not accept the Blue Tooth Signal.

My best suggestion is to full power down the phone after turning OFF Blue Tooth. Turn it back on then switch on Blue Tooth. Then turn on the controller and press the Sync button and see if it is detected in your blue tooth menu.

nope, unfortunately, it didn't work for me, the Xbox app is still stuck at a loading screen. and for the Microsoft store, still, when I click the install button it turns the color from blue to grey, and afterward, i cannot click the install button again unless I close it and reopen it again.

Ya and I tried the one where u hold down the power button and unplug but it’s still stuck.
