Blu ray update

my blu ray wont update. The percentage never moves then after a couple of minutes my whole internet goes down so I'm unable to go online. How do I sort this out?

Blu-Ray Error Code 0002 "Needs Update"

I have the Blu-ray app downloaded but when I put a Blu-ray disc in it wont play and says the player needs an update to play the disc. How do you update the Blu-ray player?

 

Post october update noise

same problem with blu ray noise... started before october update... installing titanfall and the blu ray started make this noise..

Let's have you start out by power cycling your Xbox One to see if that helps. Hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off completely. If you're still having trouble, try removing the app completely from your Xbox One, power cycle again, and
then download it once more.

 

I have the exact same problem. The player used to work fine before but the latest update was made available which I tried installing but it was behaving very slow (less than 100 KB slow) and each time it seemed to progress it completely knocked out my internet
connection for the whole house (which I've never experienced before and I'm unsure how installing an app like this can cause such an effect). As a result I uninstalled the app and then tried reinstalling it......but encountered the same problem again.....every
time it progressed it knocked out internet access in my house across all devices. It took over half an hour just to get to 11 MB of the 30 MB needed for installation (on a Fibre Broadband connection that installs GB in less time) and in that time it caused
loss of internet activity around 12-14 times.

I've tried power cycling, disconnecting the wireless connection and resetting it, rebooting, clearing persistent storage, basically everything I can reasonably think of. It's ridiculous and it has to be an issue with the app as every other update and download
installs perfectly.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
