Blu ray player wont play certain discs

Hi my drive just wont play some of my br discs.....ive re installed ....hard reset....and cleaned discs.....still refuses to play... and yes they r for my region....help please...

Ultra hd player or app problems.

ultra hd blu ray player(or possibly app) is very hit and miss. Does not play certain discs or is very glitchy . Discs fail to load .

Error codes : 0x91d70001 and 0x80040903 . Please fix.

Xbox One not playing newer Blue Rays

Same problem here brand new Lego movie Blue Ray won't play in the XboxOne. also Blue rays that played months ago wont play now. i see a quick message that the disc has stopped then is just goes back to the blue ray logo and spinning icon. can still play
game discs with no problem. need to fix this

First, I would try going to Settings, Disc & Blu-Ray, in the Blu-Ray section select persistent storage, then select Clear persistent storage. If that doesn't work, I would run through the troubleshooting here:
support.xbox.com/.../disc-error

I have the app fully updated, reset the console to default settings, cleared the blu ray app data, let the disc auto-play, played the disc manually, set the blu ray app to not remember the last played position, etc.

It just refuses to play certain blu rays, anybody else have Jojo Rabbit on blu ray and able to confirm the problem?

I can't even play a Nero Vision created Blu Ray disc where my standalone blu ray player can.

Set up and install the Blu-ray and DVD player app on Xbox

To watch Blu-ray or DVD movies on your Xbox console, you first need to install the Blu-ray Player app. To install the app, choose one of the following options.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Home, and then select Store.

Select Search and enter Blu-ray in the search bar. Select the Blu-ray Player app when it appears in the list of results.

Select Install to download and install the app.

Insert a Blu-ray or DVD disc into your Xbox.

Select the Blu-ray Player app when it appears.

On the Blu-ray Player app details page, select Install.

Your disc should start playing automatically.

After the app is installed, you can watch Blu-ray or DVD movies by inserting the disc into your Xbox console and selecting Blu-ray Player on the Home screen, or by finding it under My games & apps
