    had to uninstall the blu-ray player, app, but i cant reinstall it anymore.

    Blu-ray n longer working after update

    Xbox One update seems to have crashed my blu ray player. I am receiving error code 0x91d70000 with all of my dvd and blu ray movies. Tried to trouble shoot, tried switching to Energy Saver mode, tried uninstall/reinstall but no luck. Anyone else experience
    this?

    Blu-player app unavailable

    I've also got this problem after trying to reinstall the app. Original problem was blu-ray kept getting interupted by error code.

    that sucks so bad. i paid more than $250 and cant play blu-rays :-( i googled a lot about it.

    tried different things (reinstall, update, delete) , change settings, change location, add another user, but i still got this error.

    got it. backup to external harddrive (games)

    factory reset of console.

    reinstalled (copied back) everything.

    took 8 hours.

    Blu-ray Player Software reinstall error code: 0x80073d05

    Did you have to do a reset and remove everything, or were you able to just reset and keep games/apps?

    I've been having the same issues over the past couple of weeks. Progressively more and more 4k discs on the Xbox One S have stopped working, so I tried to troubleshoot by uninstalling and... can't reinstall. Just get 0x80073d05 error.
