Recently my Xbox ones bluray player has quit working. It comes up with this message: Disc Stopped. Make sure your TVs HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not try plugging your Xbox into a different TV input. (0x91d7000a) ive never had this problem
before, this is completely random. Ive watches bluray on this tv with this xbox one several times. Ive tried switching out the cords, changing the cord around, reseting it, clearing the saved storage on the app, pretty much everything i can find online to
try. To no avail, how can i fix this issue?

    :)

    Hi!

To resolve this problem, eject the disc and restart the Xbox One console:

    1. Eject the Blu-ray Disc from the console.
    2. From Xbox Home, with Blu-ray in the big application tile, move the focus to the
Blu-ray tile, and then press the Menu button
      on your controller.
    3. Select Quit. If "Quit" is not available, the app is already closed.
    4. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
    5. Select Settings.
    6. Select Restart console.
    7. Select Yes to confirm.
Note If you're unable to access the guide or the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the
Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
Xbox button on the console again to restart.
    8. After the console restarts, reinsert the Blu-ray Disc.

Try this and let me know if this fixes the issue.

    RedFoxy Darrest,

If changing the cables do not work for this, then the only other solution I would recommend is calling Dell to see if they have a solution. If other displays / cables work with no issues for the Xbox, then your settings are likely correct, and there is not
a hardware issue with the Xbox. It's just detecting something in the LCD that is making the HDCP flag.
