Blu-ray player error: 0x91d7000a

Xbox one Blu-ray player not working keep getting "disc stopped HDMI input does not support HDCP rights management" (0x91d7000a)

I've a Dell 2709W as 27" monitor, I use it by hdmi for xbox one, by dvi for imac external monitor and by dvi as xbox 360 monitor, but that first time that I get that error!

Just I bought batman box with batman begins, dark Knight and returns, it was my first Blu-ray disk and I cannot play it...

My xbox one have lastes firmware upgrade

i recently bought an xbox1 slim,whenever i put in a blu ray disc i get the following error code:

' 0x91d7000a ."Disc stopped. Make sure your TV's HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not, try plugging your Xbox into a different TV input"0x91d7000a '

i tried a reboot as suggested by xbox support and another hdmi input.neither worked

despite the error the blu-ray proceeds to play after the message dissappears,it just annoys me that the message appears everytime .'

My XBox One X can't read any Blu Ray, I've got a HDCP error (error code 0x91D7000A).

My TV support HDCP 2.2, and it works fine with my PS4 Pro.

I tried to switch HDMI port and cable, uninstall the blu ray application, reboot the XBox... no effect.

any idea ?

Sorry you're having problems playing your media. Other users have reported that switching HDMI cables, either from the Xbox to their TV, Xbox to receiver, or Receiver to TV seem to resolve this. If you switch HDMI cables, and you're still having issues,
then try on another TV. If it works on another TV with the same cables, then it may be a compatibility issue of some kind with the TV.

I tried with the original hdmi cable and other two hi quality cablE, I've an iMac, xbox one and a xbox 360 connected to my Dell 2709 monitor, last week I connected a PS4 and played Big Hero 6 blu ray without troubles and using same hdmi cable.

I tried to connect my xbox one to a Sony TV and it goes, why I'm forced to use a TV when I've a wonderful monitor?

If changing the cables do not work for this, then the only other solution I would recommend is calling Dell to see if they have a solution. If other displays / cables work with no issues for the Xbox, then your settings are likely correct, and there is not
a hardware issue with the Xbox. It's just detecting something in the LCD that is making the HDCP flag.

 

what about switching your resolution to rgb instead?

 

I mean if you're using a monitor instead of a tv.... try changing your color space settings to rgb instead of standard if you're not using a tv.

 

Under monitor, you can change resolution, type of connection and color space standard/rgb

 

I have Seen both Blu Ray and dvd on my Xbox One befor bur now it won't play them and it the same tv what Can i do?
