    Blu-Ray Player app WILL NOT DOWNLOAD!


    I recently got a Xbox one s (brand new) no issues with it until I tried to play a movie on Blu-Ray....I put the movie in and it takes you to the app store to download the Blu-Ray player app and I keep getting a message that says "something happened on
    our end, please try again later." I downloaded other content just fine. Seems like its an issue with the Blu-ray app. Any ideas or alternative Blu-ray / dvd player apps that anyone know about??

    To watch DVD's or Blu-rays on your Xbox One you need to have the Blu-ray Player App installed and up to date!

    You can set the App to install from your Xbox Store by searching for it or here: Blu-ray Player App

    Make sure you have the Blu-Ray app installed. Blu-Ray player function uses dvds too.

    It is possible that this is related to the Blu Ray app and the recent updates it has received. I have also been experiencing weird issues with the Blu ray recently and no one at Xbox will acknowledge if there is a known issue with the Blu Ray player.
