Blu-Ray Movie Garbled Picture

Recently I bought the Spider-Man Trilogy on Blu-Ray and at about the hour and 9 minute mark on Spider-Man 2 the picture goes pixilated, garbled, and has jittery movements for about 7 minutes then goes back to normal

. It even crashed the Blu-Ray Player app once. I'm wondering if this is an Xbox problem or a bad Blu-Ray disc. And as far as I'm concerned 1 and 3 work fine.

Lip Sync Issues when playing blu-ray on Xbox One.

I' have sound but no picture I put the movie the conjuring and I can hear the sound but no picture it only shows the blue screen that says blu-Ray disc and a circle just spinning but no picture

 

Blu Ray Player will not read movies

Im also having issues with blu ray movies. Any movie i try blu ray screen appears but movie wont play picture just audio and the white loading circle keeps spinning. This began after last update and at same time kinect has been constantly turning on and
off. Is this getting fixed in April or is my system broken?

 

I had exactly the same with Harry Potter TDH Pt 1. It plays fine on my PS3 and PS4. Don't know if it's an issue with my Xbox One or all Xbox One machines. Don't usually play Blu Rays on my Xbox. Doesn't seem much interest from support in addressing the issue,
so I'll return mine for a replacement and see if that works.

 

I believe it's a bad blu ray. Never had any problems myself.
