Blu-ray has stopped working

Discus and support Blu-ray has stopped working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; error code 0x80040153 does not seem to exist when I input into the support page, and I can't get my daughters Blu-ray / dvd's to work.     Blu-Ray "Installation stopped"

    My blu-Ray has been working great. I started up the console the other day, and suddenly it won't work, with the message "installation stopped". I uninstalled the blu-Ray app and tried reinstalling it. It downloads to 100%, then says "installation stopped".
    I did a factory reset, tried again, and again the same message. This is insane. What can I do to fix this?

    Blu Ray app stopped working

    I am experiencing a 0x80073cf6 error code which apparently doesn't exist.

    My blu rays were playing fine and then one day it stopped and i uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall it. When trying to install it again it jumps to 100% very quickly and then pops up and says "installation stopped"...I don't want to reboot the whole
    xbox because i will lose game progress but its annoying that the blu ray stopped working.

    Anyone else have this? My games install and play fine and there are no noises. It seems like the app is corrupt but i haven't seen anything online about it at all.

    Hey guys! I was wondering if you could help me? My xbox one has stopped playing blu rays, it will not even play a blu ray I have watched before but the thing is it will play games and dvds fine?

    Do you think that the official Blu Ray cleaner disks (for Blu Ray players) will work and not damage anything?

    They say they work in the PS3, and that has a slot-load drive. I assume that the drives are similar.

    Blu Rays and DVDs won't play - Error 0x80070006

    My Xbox One has also stopped playing Blu Ray and DVDs discs. I get the same error code.

    I just tried uninstalling and re-installing. It did not work for me. I decided to test a few more DVDs and Blu-ray discs. All of the DVDs and Blu-Rays I've tried have this problem.

    I'm fairly confident in saying this issue started when HDMI-Auto detect stopped working.

    @Stoneware People pirate PS3 games and Blu Ray movies all the time. I guess Blu Ray will start putting a stop to that when X1 launches? lmao.
