    Blu Ray error 0x80248014


    So Today wanted to install blu ray app and realised that I cannot do it. I t just says "working" and after that starting download and staright away the error appeared 0x80248014. After couple more tries and taking a look on internet if anyone else had this
    problem, still could not resolve it. Then I have decided to have a live chat with one of the xbox support and after an hour or so trying different ways from unplugging, reseting, deleting local saves, trying different blu ray discs, I still had the same error.
    Could someone please tell me how to fix this or is the app just broke?

    - done full factory reset twice

    - tested other accounts

    - able to install apps on other console

    Please help!

    Can't even watch a blu ray! why the hell not?? it plays for like 10 secs then, closes the window with error message the blu ray doesn't need access to xbox live. I bought I instead of a blu ray, useless!

    I just received my replacement xbox one console. Progress! The new one does PLAY commerical blu ray and dvd's!!! It does NOT play any of the blu ray movie disc (BDMV) that I created. Error 0x91d70000 (the error message on the old console was
    0x91d70001).

    Progress. It does play the commerical blu ray disc (Star Trek into Darkness is the only one I have).

    thanks for reply, the blu ray app is installed but no difference still no playback from any discs and no error messages, just that nothing happens when game disc or blu ray inserted
