    Sorry if title is a bit strang but I have no other way to describe it. Was watching The Croods 3D Blue ray through the Xbox blu-ray app onto my Samsung 60" 6400 LED TV and at stages in the movie, around foggy areas or dark parts, it would get bad artefacts,
    the what is like a whole heap of large bands going across the screen moving up. I can still see what is happening in the movie ( still 3d )but it sort of looks like the old Arial days when you had to use bunny ears to tune in a tv. The scene in the movie will
    go to daylight and all would be good again.

    I also watch Avatar 3D just the other night and this issue did not occur. I haven't had this issue with any standard blu-rays so I am not sure if it a problem that can occur with the disc or player?

    Any help or explanations on what could cause it would be great

    Xbox One X Scorpio Edition has problems with Blade Runner 4k Blu-Ray

    As I mentioned in the title has my brand new xbox one x scorpio Edition severe Problems with Blade Runner 4k blu ray from Germany. After a view Moments there will be artefacts and White Pixels will appear on the Screen. This way it's impossible to enjoy
    that movie.

    Might this be a Problem with my Settings? I own a LG 65 Inch OLED Screen. I activated all the necessary 4k and hdr Setting on my xbox one x. Is there a possibility that my xbox one x uhd blu ray drive is broken?

    Hi. I have e noticed the same issues with: The Croods. I made sure that it isn't a Tv issue and as well a Bd issue, it's a sort of incompatibility between the Bd and the xbox one reader. I'm not able to understand if it depends for codecs, or for some hardware
    incompatibility, but it happens only with the 3D edition and in all the xbox one, in which the disc was tried.

    I have as well sent my feedback to Xbox call center support, hope we can get any achievement.

    I also have the same issue. the disc plays fine in other players. did any one get an answer to this?. I've tried changed color space, bit depth with no success.

    The blu ray is from red box (so its new), my blu rays 007:QoS and Inception (older blu rays) work fine.
