    Blu Ray app will not download


    Hello, I am not sure if some one out there has a similar situation but here it goes. blue ray app will not download (Xbox One) I have tried to download several times deleted the app, deleted the memory. I have to say I have dealt with to support team members
    thus far one via chat the other on phone....it was movie night at 7:00 pm EST. it is now 10:00 pm EST. can someone please help!

    I have xbox original;360 and now One: you guys are killing me my wife wants me to return it all and get a PS4: oh and cancel my credit card

    Xbox One: Blu-ray and DVD movies

    You have to download the Blu-ray player app.

    DVD and Blu ray disc stopped issue

    Hi guys.

    My Xbox One plays games, both disc ans downloaded one, perfectly

    and all the apps work perfectly as well, but whenever

    I put a DVD or a Blu Ray disc, I get a "Disc Stopped" message.

    Is the problem with my console or the Blu ray app ?

    And what is the solution with this problem ?

    When will BD-R playback be implemented?

    Xbox One can play Blu-Rays, you just need to download the Blu-Ray Player app for it, & it's free too.

    You tried to watch a Blu-Ray with the media player app? That's not what it's for. It's for streaming videos and pictures from your other devices or from a USB. If you wanted to watch a Blu-Ray, all you had to do was download the Blu-Ray app and then put
    the disc in the drive...

    Unfortunately, that didn't help. Also, on my Games and Apps list, under Queues, the icon for the blu-ray player download is blacked out and has no description or indication that it is the blu-ray player download.
