Blu-Ray App not working and gone from the App Store.

Anyone else having trouble with the Blu-Ray app?

i have just rented a bluray and it won't play. So deleted the bluray app and now can't find it on the App Store to re download.

Is the disc a blu ray ? I read you need to install a blu ray app from the online store.

Same problem for me as well. The agent I spoke with made me delete the app and then I was unable to find it again in the app store to reinstall it back to the console. She said they are issuing an updated app to the marketplace and to watch for it within
the next 24-48 hours. That's all the information I was given.

My 3 year old daughter was hella *** when I couldn't get The Lion King on Bluray to work. Microsoft, you owe me some lost sanity points!

I had a mate round tonight and planned to watch a blu ray and this problem happened to me. Absolutely pathetic if you ask me and totally embarrassing. Why do we need a friction app to play blu ray movies? Dumb dumb dumb

Unfortunately something always goes wrong at the worst possible time. My kid wanted to watch frozen on blu ray and that's when this problem was noticed. Though I was kinda relieved to not have to watch frozen for the hundredth time, it did suck for my
5 year old. We need this fixed.

I'm having the same issue, I'm so disappointed with the Xbox One, complete waste of money. I shoulda stuck with my 360 or got a PS4. Me and everyone I know has had nothing but problems with it. And this is the icing on the cake, how pathetic that I can't
even watch a movie on it
