BLU Ray app malfunctioning on NBA 20K edition One X

Blu Ray movies I try to play across 2 of these brand new consoles does not work. The movies are artifacting, pixelated, and stuttering.

Is there a buzzing sound/grinding noise emitted from console?

Is it a Day One Edition?

Have you tried other games, blu-rays, etc?

Most likely it is a drive malfunction. Day One Editions are more prone apparently. If it persists, I suggest taking it back to retailer for exchange or Xbox Service center for repair while it's still in warranty. Hope this helps.

Do you have the Blu-Ray App installed? That is required for watching Blu-Ray and DVD movies on the Xbox One, and it is not installed on the Xbox by default.
