Blu Ray app continues to stutter during playback after update. Please help MS!!!

I just watched Attack of the clones Blu Ray and the stuttering continues after update. I have 24hz ck'd as well as 36 bit pixel ck'd. My 29 dollar Wal Mart blu ray does not have this problem. Why does my $500 X1? Also why does the admins continue to close
post about this problem? I very very rarely write anything on boards but this problem is crazy considering that blu ray has been on the market for 8+ years. Please help MS.

Received preview version of Blu-ray app, but I'm not in the preview program

Hey, Delta. The Blu-ray app update is not a preview version. It is an update that was released to the general public. To enable 3D Blu-ray playback, you need this app update combined with the system update that is currently in Preview.

Blu Ray Player out of sinc after latest console update!!!!

Not sure about the sync issue, but the Blu-ray app on my XB1 S keeps wanting to update every time I go to the update section in "my games & apps". And also 4k playback isn't working.

It seems the latest console update messed up the Blu-ray/video playback in many areas.
