Blu-ray 3d Lip Sync Issues

I just popped in Star Trek 3D: Into Darkness and I'm having some crazy lip sync issues. Not sure what the problem is?

I've tried enabling/disabling 24Hz - and no dice.

All Blu-ray players use software for playback. It is called firmware and generally is user updateable. The Xbox One is a proper Blu-ray player that has issues at the moment. Lip sync and no 3D playback among them.

I don't need to download an app to use my Blu-ray player and it updates its own firmware.

 

I just tried Pacific Rim 3D as well. The audio is much better, but still off

Any recommendations?

 

Tested out regular Blu-ray with Cosmos and the lip sync seems to be working in order, so its just limited to 3D.

7. Try watching a Blu-ray movie again.

Those steps did not work. I am also having the same issue with 3D blu-Rays. I can skip a few chapters ahead and then back to the first chapter and sometimes it will sync. However I need to try this a few times. It never seems to sync up from initial play.
I also tried one additional step: I took the Xbox offline incase there was any internet issues, but that made no difference.
