    You have to download the Blu-ray player app.

    I've also got this problem after trying to reinstall the app. Original problem was blu-ray kept getting interupted by error code.

    Same issue here, super annoying! Had tto hook my ps3 back up to watch blu rays. No fix as of yet?

    Blu-player app unavailable

    I am also having this issue. I haven't seen much about it besides people suggesting a hard reset. This hasn't worked for me.

    Im experiencing the same issues put in a problem report. It seems to also be the same issue for one drive except one drive will let me redownload it, but the problem still persists.
