power cycle
of the console.

Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Okay, thanks for checking those settings! Could you also check one more spot? On the xbox.com website follow these steps:

1. click on your gamer picture in the top right corner

2. Click the ellipsis (three dots) and choose "Xbox Settings"

3. On the new web page click "Privacy & online safety" from the list on the left

4. For your profile, ensure "You can see and upload community creations" is set to "everyone"

5. Click submit at the bottom of the web page if updating

After the settings are saved, have the account logout of xbox live on the console and sign back in.

This appears to be something that has held up others in the past and might be affecting you as well.

Can you check and update your settings if needed based on their requirements and let us know if that helps?
