Blown away by poor quality.

After playing Minecraft on the PC and 360 for a few years, I'm pretty disappointed with the overall quality of Minecraft on X1.

They released the game weeks later than they were supposed to, so why does it feel so rushed?

The X1 version (other than being much, MUCH larger than the 360 version) doesn't bring anything new to the table.

• No new skins
• No new Texture Packs
• No new blocks or items.
• No new animals.

Oh wait, they did add new music. There's that.

The game takes a really REALLY long time to render.

They added a new feature called the, "Nag Feature" where the game repeated begs you to allow it to auto save.

When attempting to join a friend's game, don't expect that getting in is 100% assured. "Connection to server was lost." Get used to that message burning into your screen, because you'll read it a lot.

They advertised that when you upload your 360 version of the game to the X1 version, that it won't be backwards compatible because the X1 world is just so much bigger. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! Your save gets uploaded, not to a much larger X1 world,
but to a 360 world.

In summery, I'm disgusted.

Microsoft or 4J, c'mon....

You can do better than this.

Plus it will be interesting to see the price of these headsets, can't see them being cheap, that could put a lot of gamers off.

I did not notice new music, but I do hear random squeaking. like when my tennis shoe rub on the floor. Very annoying.

I don't think the transferred worlds are any bigger, just available on the One. I did notice quite a few errors in the map after the transfer.

 

They said that you would be able to increase the size of your 360 world in a later patch, they never said the game was going to have anything more then the 360 version anyway, they never announced any new skins, or blocks or anything so why would you expect
it.

 

because hes a brat that feels entitled to get thing that were never announced. Do some research before you buy next time.

 

If you make a new world you have four world sizes to choose from. You can't change an already created and explored world though. The new worlds are HUGE.

I am upset about my multiplayer not working though.
