I'm sorry to hear that happened. If your Xbox console was stolen, there are several steps you’ll want to take to secure your account and report your lost console. Unfortunately, on our end we don't have the ability to
block the usage of the console but we can make sure that your information is secure.

The main thing you would want to do is to change your password immediately.
As well, as you may want to review your billing activity to make sure the person who has your console hasn’t made any unauthorized charges.

To change your password:

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.comwith your Microsoft account.

Go to Security.

Select Change Passwordto reset the password for your Microsoft account.

You may be asked to verify that you’re the account owner by receiving a security code.

Enter your current password.

Enter and confirm your new password.

To check your billing account:

Go on account.microsoft.com, go to
Payment and billing> Order history.

If you don’t recognize a charge, contact us.

We highly recommend you report your stolen console to your local law enforcement as well as your insurance company.
