help pleas I have downloaded black Ops onto my Xbox One it was working fine with map oaks then I changed my name gamer tag? still the same account but now it will not register at all keep saying is have no Account ? With x box live ? Tried to un install
and re install but still same issue

Two things. Gamestop has their own shrinkwrap machine to re-wrap the games for one. The other is the little plastic seals on the side, if they don't say Microsoft it has been opened and is not "new". Gamestop doesn't "need" to open new games and take them
out of the packages to stop stealing. Use cardboard cut outs of the new games and when you want one they could go to the back and get one. Used they could do what they want, but new better have the Microsoft sticker on the case or it isn't new!

Well, everybody has their own view/opinion of course, but to me, having the seal broken and disc handled is basically forfeiting it as 'new'. There is no need for a store to open games and place them in paper sleeves just like there is no need for a store
to place plenty of 'sought after' stock on the shelf that can easily be stolen.

It's really the disc that matters for me, I would care less on the case because it will get dirty eventually

I bought a game that was supposed to be brand new and the disc had scratches on it so i took it back. If your paying more for a brand new game then you dont expect it to be scratched.

It would be amazing if we lived in a world where items worth $60 could just be placed on the shelf and not stolen.

I always reserve my games so they are always factory sealed, but when it comes to going for a title I didn't, we always have alternative choices to find sealed copies if it somehow crucial like a Gift.

take scissors poke a hole where it opens and you can pull the plastic off with your finger the seals on the top pull off easily.

I've never had an issue with the plastic seals on the side of case. I slit the middle and they peel off easily as long as you go slow. I always have an issue with printed stickers advertising DLC or some preorder bonus....those are so frustrating and almost
always leave shreds of paper and gunk. I guess rubbing alcohol or goo gone would work but if it's a cardboard sleeve like some collector's editions have you run the risk of ruining the artwork.
