    I just purchased Bloons TD 6 and it loaded onto the computer but is freezing and closing before it starts. We've tried restarting the computer and have tried I really would just like my money back so I can purchase it elsewhere. What do I have to do to cancel my purchase?

    Hello, I am so sorry you’re experiencing this issue. I would try reinstalling the game or checking for updates regarding the game that you might have to install. If this does not help, I would recommend contacting Xbox support. Let me know if this helps!

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

    Regarding your question, if you have multiple graphics cards, you can press WIN+X to go to device manager - right click to disable one of them, for example, disable nvdia discrete graphics card to use intel's core graphics card.

    As an alternative you can try to get the game in steam. Try running it to see if it starts up properly.
