Bloodshed Helmet expired

So the last three times I earned the bloodshed helmet. I got a message that the helmet had expired instead receiving of the actual helmet. Nothing shows up in my armory. I wasn't having this problem before last night. Anyone else having this issue?

Xbox Live Free Download Redeem code not working.

I have tried, but all I get is a less than plesent "Error, you found a glitch in the sustem" love letter. Perhaps it is expired, oh well, I still got an Xbox 360, and asweet game, and a free Recon Helmet no less. It's all good.

 

Just to be clear, I understand that the helmet expires after 30 min if you don't get another 5 killstreak. What I'm saying is that I don't get the helmet at all. I get a message telling me the helmet has expired instead.

 

All i can think is probably something going on with the servers

 

Yeah there are a few issues floating about. Yesterday I went on a 15 and was awarded the gloves and shin guards but I wasn't given the helmet until 1 game later

 

The helmet showed up the next time I turned on the Xbox and I didn't have any issues after that so I'm guessing it was a server glitch.

 

The helmet continually appears and disappears. Every other game my helmet expires. Another issue I've noticed is that you get the same camo or attachment 2 or 3 times for the same gun after a match.
