Blood and Wine Achievement issues

I am playing through the Blood and Wine expansion of The Witcher 3 and I seem to have encountered a problem. I completed all processes necessary to unlock the achievements "Embodiment
of the Five Virtues" (Be given Aerondight by the Lady of the Lake) and "The Grapes of Wrath Stomped" (Help unite the warring vineyards
and have a wine named in your honor.) but they have not unlocked, even after a few hours. I have tried removing my account from the console, restarting the console, and redownloading my account, but that has not worked. Any solutions?

For this, I recommend checking out the thread about
Achievement Unlocking Issues. If you've already followed all of those steps, including the survey mentioned in that thread, you've done everything necessary to report the issue. The survey reports don't guarantee a resolution but they do get passed along
to the appropriate teams for investigation.

Regrettably, you are not alone with Witcher 3 achievement unlock issues. I also experienced the same issue for the Lady of the Lake quest achievement, and it seems to be an issue with the game that other gamers have also experienced. To get it, it might
involve re-doing whatever is needed for the achievement to get it to unlock, which may require loading an older save or restarting your run of Blood and Wine just to get it (which is what I had to do - 2nd time worked).
