    Blocking purchases on xbox360


    How do I block my 9yr old from downloading content for games, he says it will say 'free' then we get a bill from Microsoft! I need to somehow block purchases like I can on iPad, as they have to know a password for that. If I try to remove my card details
    I'm unable to as the subscription is Attatched to it and I would have to put in details of another payment method for the sub.

    You can't lock the HDD, but if you're worried about misuse of your account, you can enable proofs, which you can require that if your account is ever on another console, info must be provided. You can also create numerous accounts, all requiring proofs,
    so no one will be able to do anything with your HDD as all the account spots will be filled.

    I would also add that in the future you might want to purchase prepaid gold subscription cards so that you will not need to have your credit card associated with that account.

    block access to the internet, then there will not be any use of Xbox360 - hence no purchases.

    I have a similar problem. I bought a xbox360 silm and connot download my profile, the box blocks when i put the email and password. It give me the choice to select the profile but i canot chose and the console blocks.

    I tried with other profilies and works well but with mine the one where i have my purchases blocks.

    Hi, I've tried buying Eternal Sonata for Xbox360. I've tried 2 paypal accounts and one credit card. I've tried buying from Edge, Chrome, Firefox, without ad block. No matter what, I'm always getting an infinite loop after confirming the purchase.
    The game does not even appear on the Xbox360 console, even with parental control turned off. What can I do?
    Hi! Do you get a specific error or only an infinite loop? Did you try to complete the purchase from the console?
