Blocking of Xbox one and Xbox live for the unclear reasons

Hello! I badly know English, in advance I apologize for mistakes (

My console was banned for the reasons not clear to me. On the website enforcement.xbox.com of the reason of blocking it isn't written. On the website at me the faultless file and any information on a bath of the console.

I rang the Russian technical support, I was just sent to this website and nothing any more...

I ask to help with it, I broke nothing. In recent days before blocking I played normally, it is impossible to play even offline the mode. The ban was given on all console, even not on the account and on a life sentence (so I was told in the Russian technical
support) even not for a month or a little at once. In the English technical support, I was just told buy the new console and your problem will be solved!

I can provide any information on my console!

Constantly disconnecting from Xbox Live
