    Dear Xbox team,

    I’m a gamer from Ukraine who bought an official Xbox console, fully legal and under warranty. But I cannot use it properly.

    Ukraine STILL has no dedicated Xbox Store region. I am constantly being blocked from making purchases because I used Argentina, India or Turkey – which I was forced to do because Xbox doesn’t support my country. My credit cards get banned, my payment methods blocked.

    Why should I pay $70 for a game when the average income in my country is lower than in India?

    Steam, Epic Games, Sony PlayStation – all allow Ukrainians to buy games in our currency, with fair regional pricing. Xbox – instead – pushes me out. You force me to either overpay, use VPNs and gift cards, or leave your platform entirely.

    Do you want loyal customers? Then treat us with basic respect and economic reality.

    Add proper Xbox Store support for Ukraine.

    Stop banning payments for non-supported regions.

    Let us play fairly.

    This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account.

    Moldova is not a supported region.

    Thank you for the warning, but a xbox ambassador said that moldova is a unsuported region. I am from Moldova, and my friend is from Moldova too.

    There is no Ukrainian support for.consoles

    As Ukraine isn't a supported region

    And currently Russia is a banned region due to sanctions

    Ukraine is a xbox expansion region in xbox for Windows pc only atm

    Kazakhstan is not a supported Xbox region, assuming that's where you're trying to activate it. You need to physically be in a supported region for Xbox games and services

    Well no as Russian is facing sanctions

    And it doesn't matter if you are in Ukraine as Ukraine isn't a xbox live region let alone a gamepass region

    It would picked Russia as it's the closest xbox live region but as mentioned you can't select Russia or Ukraine atm

    You can select Ukraine as a local on Microsoft.com but you can't make xbox purchases because you aren't in a supported region
