Blocking an account.

I wasn't really sure where to post this but I need some help with another gamer. I've already filed a complaint against him for being overly aggressive, I've blocked communications, I've made him an avoided player, I've hid my
friends list as well as made it so my friends can only view my profile. I don't know what else to do but he still joins my games somehow. Is there anything else that I can do or Xbox Live themselves can do?

Hi I am Patrick and have some issues with the Microsoft Helpdesk regarding my problem (see mail that I received and sent to Microsoft)

After several attempt by Chat / Phone / Twitter / mail. I still have not getting any answer to solve this

Please give me a advice:

Who can I contact that can really solve this . and not someone the apologize and sent me to another contact

And not comes with a solution.

I want to explane what happend with the creditcard payment

I’m in the preview program of the Xbox One

And as you know the risk of a preview system is that the xbox will crash or give an error,

Even so that’s my choice and I’m happy to help the gaming community of Microsoft with feedback.



Only on 20-6-2016 I had purchased a digital game (lego Starwars) and on the point of payment

The system crashed and I had payed the game but the game was not on the xbox

And I had to purcase the game for the second time.

After I had contact with xbox support they adviced me to make a call to my bank to resolve this issue

After that a credit was made by Microsoft. And I have purchased serveral games and subscriptions since then without any problems.



But a few moths after I got a new credit card from my bank and after a few payments on Microsoft Store

Microsoft was not excepting any payment anymore and blocked my account?

So I added a Paypal account and everything was working again, a few weeks later this Paypal account gave an error also.

So I added a Microsoft Credit by code, but I’m not able to make any payments with this.



Wat makes me angry, is that I have a library of purchased digital games and a Surface tablet and three Lumia phones that are useles on my account, because of an error
by Microsoft.



So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I can’t pay for my Groove subscription and can’t purcase any games or movies anymore.



I’m a really big fan of Microsoft and the support for my devices was/is always the best you can get.

But I’m not accepting the anwser from Microsoft regarding this issue.

It is possible that he has some of your friends on his friends list and can find you that way. Are you usually with a certain friend when he joins? It is also possible that he has one of your friends on his recent players list and is using that to try to
find you. You may need to have your friends, especially if you are usually with one certain friend when he joins, check their friends lists for him, or they may need to block him as well.

 

If the game does not have a lot of people on it playing, he could end up in the same game, If one of your friends hosts it and you`re in it, they can in up in the game that way. If you don`t want them in the same game, then you may have to have your friend
avoid too. other then that nothing can be done from what I experience from.

 

Simply go to Preferences and appear offline. Unless you are playing with friends who are appearing online, he wont be able to join you , unless out of sheer luck.
