Blocking a player´s accounts. Who gave you permission?

Disc. of technical support of Microsoft's XBOX ONE.

I communicate, specifically about the game rainbow six on Xbox One, it
turns out that a player has decided to
make the mistake of blocking my account for 7 days, for the reasons of having eliminated it in the game, being from my own group,
I did not conscientiously it was a mistake that I made playing, this player should not or can not neutralize or block my account,
for this reason I am writing to you who are the ones who should take
note of these injustices and apply the rules of the game imposed by Microsoft, and in consequence should be taken actions against the wrong attitude of that player, such
as blocking his account as he has done this player with mine, and warn him not to block more accounts in the future.

Nothing else that, this player called [mod removed-personal information] I blocked my account for 7 days creating
economic
damages , and I can not continue playing with my xbox one, I think they should take some decision about it, you can not tolerate this or other
players that they do what they want against other players.

My account blocked, as part of Microsofts security?

I can understand them blocking further purchase`s in case your account had been compromised,but if you have contacted customer services why didn`t they lift the block after you proved who you were?

go to settings - profile - recent players - click on his name & block him/her

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

Hello Peter,

As for your block, just wanting to clarify did you get an account suspension for 7 days, or are you blocked from the game dev Ubisoft?

If it is an account suspension, you can visit the
Enforcement site. Once you sign in you can file a case review.

If it is with the game developer, you can go to the
Ubisoft support for extra assistance.

Even in fully blocked mode, your country, gamerscore, and gamerpic/avatar are available for anyone to see. Don't like it? Take it up with Microsoft, or do everyone a favor and cancel your Live account.

If you have been reported, the Enforcement Team (PET) will look into the complaint and make a very thorough investigation. If you have not done anything wrong then you have absolutely nothing to worry about. What you will want to do if these players keep
sending you unwanted messages is Block, Mute and Avoid them in the following order:

1: Mute the player(s)

2: Avoid the player(s)

3: Block the player(s)

This will prevent any further communication and make it very less likely that you are placed in online gameplay with them again. You can find a guide on how to Mute, Avoid and Block other players by clicking
