    hi i buyed a xbox live membership code 1month and when i put the code in side it tell me the code on the website 80169D3A and it says

    When you try to use Xbox Live, you may receive the following error code and message:

    Can not retrieve information from Xbox Live.

    Status code: 80169d3a

    This may mean that the Xbox Live account is locked for one of these reasons:

    suspicious or fraudulent conduct,

    incorrect or incomplete billing information

    please sort it out

    You need to call the support and when they tell you that you got banned you have to post here:

    If you are not banned the support will help you to fix it.
