Blocked Xbox Achievements

Hello,

I have a problem with my account. Back in 2012 I think, I got my account "hacked" in a Call of Duty Lobby and it unlocked all achievements. Later on it reset my account to 0 Gamer Score and back then I didn't care because I was not grinding achievements.
Today I want to 100% all games but I can't due to those blocked games which are shown on my Gamer card and I can't delete those 0 Gamer score games because back then Microsoft reset me although I didn't do anything wrong.

Is there a chance to unblock those games or at least give me the opportunity to delete those off my gamer card or that I can play those again to get those achievements? That would be great!

I tried to get those achievements but they didn't unlock for me so I assume that those games are still blocked.

I tried this on multiply blocked games (all call of duty games) and those story/Campagne achievements should unlock automatically after doing the respective missions but they didn't.

Help would be much appreciated.

I am assuming this was on the Xbox 360. Have you tried this? Not guaranteeing it will work, but this is how I used to remove games with zero scores or game demos from my profile.

"You can remove any games from your games played list that you have earned no achievements or gamerscore. Press the Xbox 360– guide button, navigate left to the games section and choose Achievements. From here
choose the game with zero gamerscore you want to remove and press X (Delete Game History.)"

But is there no way to contact this enforcement? I want to contact them and ask if there is a chance. Back then I was so young and I didnt know that there was a chance to contact someone to restore those gamerscore

Unfortunately the only way to unlock those achievements again would be to start over on a new account. You would have had to contact the enforcement team back when the reset was first issued to try to get them to overturn it, but there would be no way
to do that anymore since it took place so long ago.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review after you receive an enforcement action, but they will only review active cases that are 12 months or less. As your reset was issued 8 years ago, there's no longer a way for you
to contact them.
