Blocked server connectivity

I am about done with this new GFWL. If this doesn't get fixed, I guess FH3 will be the first and last game I get on Windows PC. I was really excited for the play anywhere initiative, as I am a 99% PC gamer. However, being unable to play with my friends at
all, Ill just wait for the steam release (if there is one) or just sit it out entirely. So many good games too.

I have tried, I assume, everything. I am permanently blocked on the windows 10 app

Iv seen the same people asking for the same info over and over throughout the web, so I am going to give it all here.

Internet Connection : COnnected

Solution 3: See if you’re using one of the following security software programs

Nope, I dont run risky operations on my PC so I have no 2nd firewall of any kind.

Also, I dont have Hamachi or any other kind of network options aside from my
only Ethernet connection (as I am aware those can casue issues)

Solution 4: See if the Windows services required for Xbox Live party chat and multiplayer gaming have been changed from their default values

Nope, all checked out

Also, I saw a couple posts around the web saying to try restarting 2 or 3 different services, like IP helper. I did that as well.

I have uninstalled, and reinstalled "Teredo tunneling psudo-interface" SO many times. restarted so many times. fixed all my ports (hence its open now) iv installed teredo via CMD, and manually via legacy software (currently not installed at this time,
only the CMD install is on right now)

Windows 10 - Error "0x87DD0003" when login

Hey Tovich,

I'd be happy to provide some input.

So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

I would suggest looking over our article when
Xbox app server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked and go over the steps listed there to see if any of that helps.

Let us know if the server connectivity is still blocked after going over those steps.

Yes, I was previously able to play on this same computer. However I did do a fresh install of windows 10 recently, I havnt tried to play forza (read as: online) since then, until now.

No changes have been made to my router or modem since I was previously able to play online.

This is the only game I own via the windows store

My computer isnt wifi enabled, and is using my home ethernet cable.

To resolve your concern, you can follow the suggested methods below:

Method 1. Restart your apps.

Press Windows + R on the keyboard.

Type msconfig, and then click OK.

On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.

When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

I restarted my modem and router, but considering I can play all my steam games and such online, im not sure how that would have helped.

wsreset didnt help.

i also used powershell to reinstall all the default app that i deleted upon installation.

i also deleted and reinstalled the QOS network service.

my girlfriend doesnt play games to much, but i had her launch her windows 10 xbox app and she gets
CONNECTED where i have BLOCKED she is on the same wired connection I am. This problem is something locally with my computer, maybe a setting or something. There is no other network, and this isnt an ISP issue.

in the interest of giving as much info as possible.

This is what FH3 tells me when I try to PLAY online. It fails to join any session, but it
CAN find sessions, and pull the Forzathon data. FH3 is the only xbox one app game I own.

I FOUND THE FIX ITS THE STUPIDEST THING EVER AND NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO YOUR TROUBLESHOOTER.

My date/time was set to manual because the time was off by an hour. Upon setting my date/time to automatic, and putting in the right time zone, I AM NO LONGER BLOCKED

This is ridiculous, there is no reason my time should block me from the internet. However I am no longer blocked. I even double checked it by changing my clock time again and it blocked me again, fixing it by setting my clock to "automatic".

ANYONE READING THIS THREAD, MAKE SURE YOUR CLOCK IS SET TO AUTOMATIC.

Step 2: Reset Xbox app settings.

Click Start and click Settings.
Select System.
Select Apps & features.

Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

What server are you talking about? Fortnite's servers or Xbox Live servers?

Are you playing on Xbox One?

Are you connected to Xbox Live?

What error message or code are you getting?

Are you trying to talk with friends in an Xbox Live party or just the in-game chat?

Let's try to check the NAT type status on Xbox app so that we could isolate this issue. This will help us to determine what's causing you unable to join party chats. In your Xbox app. kindly go to
Settings > Network > check NAT type. Can you tell us what's the NAT type status listed? Also, have you tried connecting your computer to another network?
